• Strong ML foundations; frame problems as ML solutions.
• Python fluency and core ML/LLM frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed pipelines.
• Understanding of LLM architectures, CPT and post-training.
• Demonstrated ability to meaningfully shape LLM performance.
• Leadership with broad ML view and cross-functional collaboration.
