🎯 Requirements

8+ years building backend services and distributed systems.
Experience designing APIs and multi-tenant platform architectures.
Cloud-native microservices experience (GCP preferred).
Automated tests built alongside features; production maintenance.
On-call support and incident response for production systems.
Kubernetes, C/C++, Go, or Rust; ledger/custody; SOC2 familiarity.
