🎯 Requirements

Global sourcing experience across multiple markets.
Crypto industry experience with product, design, and engineering.
Sourcing in growth-stage (Series A–D) companies.
High-volume sourcing in-house or agency (or both).
Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Curious, humble, and transparent collaborator.
