🎯 Requirements

5–10+ years in strategy, growth, or GTM in crypto/fintech.
Direct experience with self-custody wallets or institutional crypto infra.
Deep DeFi knowledge: protocols, yields, risk, market structure.
Proven pricing/modeling and monetization experience.
Strategic and executional, data-driven with ad-hoc analysis.
Executive presence; articulate Porto’s value to institutional clients.
