Provide support for MEMX exchange platforms including on-call, respond to incidents and triage
Isolate and resolve unplanned system outages
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of all MEMX exchange platforms
Improve operational processes such as deployments and upgrades
Document actions so findings become repeatable and automatable
Debug issues across services and interaction points

🎯 Requirements

Linux administration and shell proficiency
Bash scripting (Python a plus)
Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Monitoring tools experience
Incident tracking / ticketing and escalation procedures
1-2 years of operation support and incident response
