🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in People Ops focused on benefits and leave management
- Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS
- End-to-end global leave management across multi-jurisdiction rules
- Global benefits administration including vendor management and plan design
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFL and ERISA/ACA/GDPR
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects
