📋 Description

  • Design, implement, and administer global benefits and leave programs
  • Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional leave and benefits rules

  • Analyze program effectiveness and drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in People Ops focused on benefits and leave management
  • Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS
  • End-to-end global leave management across multi-jurisdiction rules
  • Global benefits administration including vendor management and plan design
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFL and ERISA/ACA/GDPR
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects
