  • Initiative to identify and implement process improvements via documentation or lightweight automation.
  • Bias for action with ability to work independently and prioritize requests.
  • Bonus points: Experience with Jira/Linear or other ticketing systems and basic workflow configuration.
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with AI tools for documentation or user support.
  • Bonus points: Basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) or no-code automation experience.
  • Bonus points: Knowledge of MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji) or hardware provisioning.
  • Bonus points: Previous work in fintech, crypto, or highly regulated industries.
