Drive analytics, automation, and the use of AI tools to strengthen FCC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Financial Crimes Compliance.
Manage competing priorities and adapt to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
Document findings with clear visuals and context for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial services.
Proficient in SQL, Looker, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Advanced SQL skills: CTEs, window functions, joins, and query optimization.
Automation & AI aptitude; experience with or interest in AI tools.
Technologist mindset; eager to learn how systems and data interact.
Bonus: Python, dbt, Git, data transformation tools.
