Member Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Serve as frontline for member marketing inquiries via a ticketing system.
• Support onboarding of new members into Ensemble Member Marketing Program, incl HubSpot onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, accurate HubSpot CRM with data entry, updates, and audits.
• Assist in rolling out member-facing campaigns to increase enrollment and engagement.
• Track and report member marketing performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain onboarding docs, CRM usage guides, and internal workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of marketing coordination, project management, or customer support experience (travel or membership a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and large data sets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Forms.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience using project/task management tools like ClickUp or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and tone.
