📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following company policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently, including time alone in the store, while exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at Oportun locations and community events to educate about services (50%+ of time).
• Assist in building relationships with local businesses and outreach partners to promote Oportun's services.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications and keep work areas clean and presentable.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends and flexible rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and operate basic computer equipment.
