📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions accurately, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work solo or with others to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun’s services.
• Use iPads or assist with starting applications via QR codes during outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education activities.
• Must be available to work weekends with rotating schedules.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
