📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services and engage in outreach 50%+ of the time.
• Assist with applications using iPads/QR codes during outreach.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform light administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Enjoy helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends and a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round for outreach opportunities.
