📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and service
• Process transactions following policies and protect member data
• Work in-store or independently to meet lending and servicing goals
• Educate members about Oportun services via outreach
• Engage with community at stores/events to raise awareness
• Use iPads/QR codes to start new applications

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people
• Love helping members through outreach and education
• Will be willing to work weekends with rotating schedule
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
