📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions per policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time at Oportun locations/community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and promote Oportun services.
• Assist with applications and encourage store visits to start enrollments.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must be available to work weekends with rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities.
• Basic computer skills; ability to operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
