📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work independently or in a team, aiming to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Inform and educate potential members about Oportun's services by engaging in outreach more than 50% of the time at stores, partner locations and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and promote Oportun's services to help their customers.
• Actively engage with people near retail locations, encouraging store visits and assisting with applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available weekends; flexible, rotating store schedule.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance to support store operations.
• Will ing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities and promote services.
