📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and tidy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and people-oriented.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Ability to travel between locations within a reasonable commute.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate basic office tech.
