📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work independently or with others to meet daily lending goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services at stores and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community groups.
• Conduct outreach at locations and events to generate leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and have a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round for outreach.
