📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policy while protecting member information.
• Work solo or with others to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Conduct outreach to educate about Oportun services (50%+ time).
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun.
• Lead outreach at events to generate leads and start applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education.
• Must be available to work weekends with rotating schedules.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round and promote products.
