📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member info.
• Work solo or with a team to exceed daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun services via outreach at locations and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses to raise awareness.
• Conduct outreach at events to capture leads and start applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and have rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round for outreach and sales opportunities.
