📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or in teams to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services during outreach.
• Outreach 50% of time at locations and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses for referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education.
• Must be available to work weekends and rotating schedules.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must have basic computer skills and operate office equipment.
