📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policy, protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently while exceeding lending/servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach 50%+ of time at stores/partner events to educate members.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commute.
• Light housekeeping and use computers for admin tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate basic office equipment.
