• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process transactions per policies; protect member data.
• Work solo or with a team; meet lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services via outreach >50% time.
• Engage communities at stores and events to drive applications.
• Travel to designated store locations within a reasonable commute.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Enjoy helping members through outreach activities.
• Weekend availability; rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance for store operations.
• Able to travel locally; outdoor work; lift 25 lbs; basic computer skills.
