📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process transactions per policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time to educate members about Oportun7s services at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Light housekeeping; use a computer for admin tasks (3-6 hours) and keep store inviting.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commute; uphold Oportun7s Core Values.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends with a rotating schedule; schedules set every two weeks.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
