📋 Description

• Welcome members with warm greeting and quality service
• Process transactions per policies and protect member data
• Work with team or independently to meet daily goals
• Educate members about Oportun services at outreach events
• Use iPads or QR codes to start applications during outreach
• Travel between stores for outreach within normal commute

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people
• Passion for helping members through outreach and education
• Weekend availability and rotating schedule
• Regular, reliable attendance
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to promote company products
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and operate office equipment
• Ability to organize and file documents
