Member Loyalty Representative

📋 Description

• Welcome members with warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or with others to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services via outreach at locations/events.
• Light housekeeping and basic admin tasks (3-6 hrs/day at a computer).
• Be a role model for Oportun's core values.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and have a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to promote products.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
• Ability to organize and file paper documents.
