📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time at locations, partner sites, and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun’s services.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start member applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Loves helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Availability to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.
