📋 Description

• Welcome members with quality service.
• Process transactions per policy and protect member data.
• Work solo or with a team to meet lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun and lead outreach 50%+ time.
• Build relationships with local businesses and communities to drive leads.
• Light housekeeping, basic admin tasks, and travel between sites.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoys talking with people.
• Passionate about helping members via outreach and education.
• Weekend availability with a rotating schedule.
• Reliable attendance; able to work outdoors year-round.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; basic computer and office equipment skills.
