- 1โ3 years in inside sales, call center, or health coach roles.
- Effective communication; empathetic, active listener.
- CRM experience: Insightly CRM and HubSpot.
- Strong organization and detail orientation; high-volume work.
- Critical thinker who can connect dots and apply past experiences.
- Experience with older adults is a plus.
