Member Experience Associate (Bilingual; Spanish) (Remote)

📋 Description

• Perform high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email daily.
• Aim to enroll 25%+ of connected leads within a week.
• Maintain 92%+ customer satisfaction in interactions.
• Support enrollment and class uptake to boost program completion.
• This is a full-time remote role reporting to the Manager of Member Experience.
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in inside sales, call center, or health coach roles.
• Effective communication; empathetic, active listener.
• CRM experience: Insightly CRM and HubSpot.
• Strong organization and detail orientation; high-volume work.
• Critical thinker who can connect dots and apply past experiences.
• Experience with older adults is a plus.
