  • Respond to inquiries on membership, billing, scheduling, labs, and prescriptions via Zendesk.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with members; escalate when needed.
  • Think critically to assist members with complex issues.
  • Deliver exceptional support in every member interaction.
  • Assist in building documentation and onboarding as the team scales.
  • Partner with leadership to share insights from member interactions.
  • Learn new tools as needed to deliver value.
  • Own the member experience by handling tickets and queue state.
  • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years supporting high-volume customers via email, phone, or chat.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and thrive in change.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM is a plus.
  • Experience serving queer/trans community members is a plus.
