- Respond to inquiries on membership, billing, scheduling, labs, and prescriptions via Zendesk.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with members; escalate when needed.
- Think critically to assist members with complex issues.
- Deliver exceptional support in every member interaction.
- Assist in building documentation and onboarding as the team scales.
- Partner with leadership to share insights from member interactions.
- Learn new tools as needed to deliver value.
- Own the member experience by handling tickets and queue state.
- Other duties as assigned.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years supporting high-volume customers via email, phone, or chat.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Ability to pivot quickly and thrive in change.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM is a plus.
- Experience serving queer/trans community members is a plus.
