π― Requirements
- 2β4+ years in high-volume conversion roles (inside sales, enrollment, or support)
- Comfort with outbound outreach to members and families
- Strong verbal and written communication with empathy and clarity
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; can manage multiple conversations
- Familiarity with Intercom, Zoom, HubSpot or similar tools (preferred)
- Healthcare/benefits or B2B2E experience is a plus but not required
