🎯 Requirements

  • Comfort with outbound outreach to members and families
  • Strong verbal and written communication with empathy and clarity
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; can manage multiple conversations
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Zoom, HubSpot or similar tools (preferred)
  • Healthcare/benefits or B2B2E experience is a plus but not required
