📋 Description

  • Execute strategic cold outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year of outbound Sales Development or BDR experience with proven cold outreach.
  • Identify target prospects and decision-makers within a territory.
  • High-volume outbound activities with quality and personalization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; articulate value and handle objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM (prefer Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
