Set up and support Executive Team Meetings and VIP VTC calls onsite.
Connect secure and non-secure VTC bridges; assist hardware config.
Monitor conference room performance; perform daily system checks.
Provide training and technical assistance on equipment and connections.
Provide onsite support for DV-hosted VTCs (O-6+).
Report vulnerabilities and coordinate with government reps; suggest improvements.

🎯 Requirements

DoD Secret Clearance required.
Skilled in MS Teams.
High school/GED; 2+ years relevant experience.
Professional demeanor; strong time management and organization.
Preferred: Cisco Collaboration, Cisco Telepresence, Tandberg, Cisco Video.
