  • Own logistics planning for meetings, tenant events, and community programs.
  • Lead on-site event execution and issue resolution with tenants.

  • Provide tours, advance walkthroughs, and space readiness checks.
  • Deliver events with strong execution, hospitality, and post-event learnings.

  • 3-5 years in event coordination, hospitality, or venue ops.
  • Plan/execute event logistics: on-site support, vendor coord, docs.
  • Familiar with Tripleseat, CRM, Google Workspace, event tech.
  • Strong organization with detail, calm problem solving.
  • Flexible schedule: early mornings, evenings, weekends.
  • Spanish and English bilingual preferred.
  • Multi-site operations experience preferred.
