🎯 Requirements

- Entry level or 1–2 years in meeting/event coordination (pharma/healthcare preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to attendee data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel; experience with budget tracking.
- Experience with Cvent or similar registration platforms; quick learner.
- Flexible to work nonstandard hours; travel up to 15%.
