Identify and onboard new partners onto the network continuously.
Track and own the performance of different partners in your cluster.
Visit facilities to audit and solve operational gaps.
Ensure compliance with operational processes.
Own and drive key operational metrics end to end and achieve performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
3-5 years in ecommerce logistics, preferably Middle Mile ops.
Experience onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting ops.
Jaipur or Rajasthan exp in similar roles; control tower/field ops exp a plus.
