🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum five years’ experience with moderate- to high-complexity assays.
- Master’s degree with 3+ years experience.
- ASCP MT/MLS certification.
- Solid knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and CLEP regulations.
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced lab with multiple projects.
