📋 Description

• Lead medical strategy for encaleret across ADH1 and chronic hypoparathyroidism.
• Lead cross-functional Medical Affairs with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial.
• Represent BridgeBio to investigators, KOLs, patient groups, and scientific community.
• Lead integrated evidence generation, incl. real-world data, Phase 4, registries.
• Lead omnichannel HCP engagement strategy (field and digital).
• Build relationships with KOLs/investigators; advise on advisory boards.

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO/PhD or equivalent advanced degree.
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development in biopharma.
• Deep experience in endocrinology, rare diseases, or metabolic disorders.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong scientific writing, data interpretation, and communications.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
