📋 Description

• Ensures high-quality, client-centered veterinary care.
• Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians through coaching.
• Partners with Clinic Manager and reports to Regional Director of Operations.
• Organizes regular doctor and team meetings to foster culture.
• Develops and implements new practice protocols and guidelines.
• Delivers excellent client experience and handles complaints with Clinic Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent.
• State licensure in good standing or eligibility.
• DEA licensure and CDS certificate if needed.
• 3-5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
