• Lead design and implementation of transplant-focused protocols.

• Recruit PIs and clinical sites for trials; manage budgets/timelines.

• Advise on product development: clinical needs, features, reports.

• Medical Affairs: interpret results, physician support, patient counseling.

• Drive medical education to support launch and adoption; engage KOLs.
\n
• Provide medical input to regulatory submissions and public relations.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years post-fellowship transplant cardiology practice.
\n
• 3+ years clinical trial experience in academia/biotech.
\n
• 2+ years in industry with Medical Affairs or Clinical Development.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trial methodology, regulatory/compliance, statistics.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team leadership.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects across functions.
\n
