  • Build and oversee Clinical Policy, Regulatory & Compliance within the Office of Clinical Affairs.
  • Ensure policy compliance with healthcare laws; develop regulatory policies.
  • Advise senior leadership; guide policy submissions and risk management.
  • Coordinate with regulators (FDA, CMS, state regulators) and clinical teams.
  • Remote role open to Dallas, TX residents; may become hybrid in the future (#LI-Remote).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted MD or DO license.
  • 10+ years in healthcare or health insurance.
  • 5+ years in clinical policy compliance or clinical regulatory/government affairs.
  • 5+ years applying state and federal health insurance laws and regulations (Marketplace, MA, reporting, audits).
  • 5+ years preparing and presenting reports to boards of directors.
  • 5+ years team leadership and people development.
