- Ensure policy compliance with healthcare laws; develop regulatory policies.

- Remote role open to Dallas, TX residents; may become hybrid in the future (#LI-Remote).
๐ฏ Requirements
- Active, unrestricted MD or DO license.
- 10+ years in healthcare or health insurance.
- 5+ years in clinical policy compliance or clinical regulatory/government affairs.
- 5+ years applying state and federal health insurance laws and regulations (Marketplace, MA, reporting, audits).
- 5+ years preparing and presenting reports to boards of directors.
- 5+ years team leadership and people development.
