🎯 Requirements
- MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Lifestyle Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted licenses in CA, TX, PA; multistate preferred.
- Active Medicare enrollment in good standing.
- 5+ years clinical exp; 2+ years leadership preferred.
- 2+ years telehealth exp with EMRs and communication tools.
- Strong foundation in preventive and lifestyle care, incl weight, HTN, diabetes. MSK knowledge preferred.
