  • Develop and maintain medical service policies, procedures, plans, and QA.
  • Review policies annually and help update staff bylaws with medical staff.
  • Plan and budget for the medical service.
  • Coordinate medical service with other participant care services.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise PACE physicians and contracted staff.
  • Oversee checks of equipment, supplies, and credentialing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Residency program accredited by ACGME or AOA, or ABMS/AOA board-certified
  • Board certification in internal medicine, family practice, emergency medicine, or geriatrics preferred
  • Active state physician license without restrictions
  • State CDS certification and active DEA registration
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience
