- Develop and maintain medical service policies, procedures, plans, and QA.
- Review policies annually and help update staff bylaws with medical staff.
- Plan and budget for the medical service.
- Coordinate medical service with other participant care services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise PACE physicians and contracted staff.
- Oversee checks of equipment, supplies, and credentialing.
π― Requirements
- Residency program accredited by ACGME or AOA, or ABMS/AOA board-certified
- Board certification in internal medicine, family practice, emergency medicine, or geriatrics preferred
- Active state physician license without restrictions
- State CDS certification and active DEA registration
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience
