📋 Description

• Ensures high-quality, client-focused veterinary care by all team members.
• Mentors Associate Veterinarians through coaching and case discussions.
• Partners with Clinic Manager; reports to Regional Director of Operations.
• Fulfills Associate Veterinarian duties while performing leadership tasks.
• Organizes regular doctor and team meetings to strengthen clinic culture.
• Develops and implements new practice protocols and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent).
• State licensure in good standing or eligible for licensure.
• DEA licensure and CDS certificate if needed.
• 3-5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred.
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client-focused leadership.
