Supervise and mentor NPs and Care Coordinators; drive patient-centered care.
Develop and pilot new clinical programs and pathways.
Collaborate with network cardiologists to align standards of care and goals.
Partner with Product, Eng, Analytics to design AI-enabled tools and workflows.
Translate clinical needs into product specs to streamline care delivery and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

MD or DO (Cardiology/Internal Medicine or related).
3+ years in clinical leadership or value-based care.
Led interdisciplinary clinical teams successfully.
Design/test/implement new clinical programs or tech-enabled workflows.
Strong payer–provider alignment, outcomes measurement, and risk models.
Collaborative communicator across medicine, tech, and systems.
