After training, manage a caseload of workers' compensation medical-only claims.

Learn to use claims management systems effectively.
Investigate claims to determine compensability and gather relevant information.
Determine coverage for new claims and calculate reserves; adjust as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with client contacts and other staff.

🎯 Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Administrative experience in law, medicine, insurance, or negotiation helpful but not required.
Reasoning ability: Able to apply common sense and follow instructions.
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn software.
