Collaborates alongside providers and clinical staff to provide personalized care
Perform lab draws, vitals, and physical exams and other assessments
Prepare for appointments by registering patients for exams, prepping rooms and equipment
Perform back-of-house clinical and administrative duties
Assist in care coordination of the patient experience
Perform any additional assigned tasks / ad hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

Current CMA certification
1-3 years phlebotomy experience preferred
Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through
Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment
Proficient with G-suite and quick to learn software
Able to work in NYC clinic; no nights/weekends
