📋 Description

• Prepare patient charts with imaging, labs, and docs loaded.
• Carry clinical information into provider templates.
• Load imaging in RadiAnt viewer before visits.
• Room patients promptly to support on-time clinic flow.
• Perform patient intake: history, vitals, quality/MIPS questions.
• Provide clear handoff to providers before encounters.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification or diploma not required.
• Experience in a medical office or specialty clinic.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Fast-paced environment experience and supporting complex patients.
• Neurology injections, phlebotomy, or prior authorization experience a plus.
