• Lead Medical Assistant to launch and support the RI clinic.
• Manage front- and back-office workflows and onboarding tech.

• Serve as operational air traffic controller for care flow.

• Support clinic operations, inventory, and supplies.

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate; completed accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Lead MA experience in outpatient/primary care settings.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA or equivalent certification.
• Current BLS/CPR or ability to obtain before start date.
• Experience in front-office and back-office clinic operations.
• Insurance verification, referral coordination, and patient access workflows.
