Medical Assistant / Care Coordinator (Remote / Telehealth Concierge)

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume telehealth intake to assess goals and explain services.
• Manage telehealth scheduling lifecycle; provide technical/logistical support.
• Oversee lab orders, prescription logistics, and EHR maintenance.
• Review provider notes; ensure patients access their personalized care plans.
• Conduct outreach to drive care initiation and track behavioral goals.
• Partner with clinical, operations, patient support, and product teams to optimize care flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Current and valid National Medical Assistant Certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, or NCMA) required.
• 3+ years in direct patient care, care coordination, or digital health.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with empathy.
• Track record of meeting KPIs (engagement, satisfaction, retention).
• Ability to manage high-volume patient interactions with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with EHR/CRM, scheduling, telehealth software, and remote collaboration tools.
