📋 Description

• Assist with check-in of in-person and telehealth patients.
• Serve as primary assistant to physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Provide neuromodulation education and support per Cortica SOPs.
• Order and track labs, genetic tests, and imaging.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient communications.
• Prepare patient records and maintain EMR accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years scheduling experience in pediatrics or family practice.
• 1+ year of office experience in a patient-facing setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to navigate a complex medical environment.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and lab workflows.
• Willingness to learn Cortica procedures.
